What are the hourly rates and minimum booking times?

All rentals require a 3-hour minimum. Pricing starts at $200 per hour, with rates adjusted by time of day and package.

Can I bring in outside catering for my event?

Yes. Outside catering is allowed with The Gathering package. Our staff will be onsite to supervise and support while food and drinks remain self-served.

Is alcohol allowed at events?

Yes. Alcohol is permitted with The Gathering package. It must be brought by the host and served on a self-service basis.

Is your East Village venue available for corporate events?

Yes. The space is often booked for offsite meetings, team gatherings, and brand activations. Packages can be tailored for professional groups.

What equipment is available for events?

The space includes a projector, a tuned piano, and a sound system that allows you to play your own music playlist.

How do I secure my date and what deposit is required?

A 50% deposit secures your event date. The balance, including applicable service fees and tax, is due on the day of your booking.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

For cancellations 7–30 days prior, 50% of the deposit is refunded. Within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Can I schedule a site visit before booking?

Yes. We offer site visits so you can see the East Village space in person before confirming your event.
