About No More
A non-alcoholic cocktail bar and cafe in the East Village, and a bottled cocktail line of four expressions.
BoilerplateNo More makes non-alcoholic cocktails. Not mocktails. Not spirits. Not wellness products. Just really good drinks. The company runs two expressions of one brand. No More Cafe is the room at 352 E 13th Street in the East Village, adult, old school, classy. No More Cocktails is the bottled line, built for craftsmanship and an acquired taste. Founder Rodrigo Nogueira came from hospitality first and built No More second, which is why the cafe feels like a bar. It is one. The drinks are chef-led, not chemist. Built in a bar, not a lab.
FounderRodrigo Nogueira is a chef by trade and the founder of No More, a non-alcoholic cocktail brand based in New York.
Originally from Brazil, Rodrigo spent more than twenty years leading kitchens across the country, including cooking under Tom Colicchio at Colicchio & Sons and serving as a corporate chef for Michael Mina. Three years ago he made a bet: that people were starting to socialize differently, and that non-alcoholic options were about to matter far more than the industry assumed.
He felt no one had taken the space seriously, from either a product or a venue standpoint. The market had become oversaturated with hobbyists and clichés, ignoring the vast majority of people looking to cut their drinking down a little, not join the sobriety cult. He moved back to New York to build for it and prove the concept.
No More has never been about abstinence, and it has no interest in championing the sober movement. It is about adding options to people's rotations, and taking some of the drinking obligation off the table.
